SEEK is seeking an AI Product Manager for Personalisation to join the Personalisation squad in Cremorne, reporting to the Head of AI Product, Search and Recommendations. You will define strategy and roadmaps for AI driven content systems that tailor candidate experiences, partner with Data Science and Engineering to frame opportunities, ship models and services, and drive outcomes for millions of job seekers. As an Agile product owner you’ll set quarterly OKRs, align roadmaps with partners, run experiments with the Experiments team, and define success metrics. About the role
You will work within the Personalisation squad designing and building intelligent content systems and personalisation engines that adapt candidate experiences to each individual's evolving context. Reporting to the Head of AI Product – Search & Recommendations, you will define problems, set strategy, and ship models and services that power user journeys at SEEK.
This role requires strategic and critical thinking that brings together an understanding of AI capabilities with candidate and marketplace objectives. You will work with Data Science and Engineering teams to frame opportunities, build scalable AI-driven products, and deliver personalisation services to partner product and delivery teams across SEEK's marketplace. The Personalisation squad combines deep candidate understanding, behavioural and contextual signals, and scalable infrastructure to deliver relevant interventions, timely interactions, and adaptive interfaces across channels. You will be accountable for AI-driven products that help millions of job seekers discover roles aligned with their context and preferences.
This is an exciting and ambiguous space where you will shape product ambition, build aligned solutions, and work within AI Platform Services, a team of approximately 25 Data Scientists and Engineers plus 2 AI Product Managers.
