The AI Strategy Lead is responsible for shaping and guiding the strategic direction of AI initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that AI
platforms, data architectures, and tools are selected and integrated in alignment with wider technology and business strategy.
The Strategy Lead bridges business and technology perspectives, working closely with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases, define strategic
priorities, and ensure that the right technologies are selected for the right business problems. This role monitors trends, keeps up to date on latest
technological developments and works with vendors to develop POC’s to preparer later adoption and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI across the enterprise.
Guide the selection and integration of AI platforms, data architectures, and tools.
Engage stakeholders across business and technology functions to align priorities.
Develop and evaluate AI use cases for strategic fit and value realization.
Maret and trend monitoring for new technologies and tools and vendors
Work with selected vendors to develop POC for later adoption.
Monitor strategic KPIs and report on AI impact and maturity.
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Business, Technology, AI, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture.
Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
Proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Deep understanding of both business and technology perspectives in AI.
Experience in use case development, policy alignment, and risk governance.
