Bombardier is seeking an Aircraft Coordinator for a full‑time hybrid role at the Completion Center in Dorval. You will characterize planned and unplanned work, support daily targets, monitor manufacturing issues to protect the schedule, perform detailed scheduling, track documentation and produce the daily production chart while leading schedule reviews with upper management. A college or university degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and at least five years in manufacturing are preferred; proficiency in MS Project and Excel, fluency in French with good English, and strong communication and leadership are key. What are your contributions to the team?
- Characterize planned and unplanned work (NCR, BOI, Snags, Workbooks) - duration, zone, jobs activities, sequence, milestones.
- Support Manufacturing Leaders to achieve daily targets.
- Monitor daily manufacturing issues to secure production schedule (Shortage, disposition and documentation follow-up reviews).
- Support Manufacturing Leader and team leaders to perform daily detailed scheduling.
- Track documentation according to aircraft manufacturing progress.
- Perform cycle time impact analysis based on production issues.
- Produce daily production schedule (Chart).
- Responsible to maintain aircraft schedule and optimize overall schedule.
- Drive Schedule reviews meetings with upper management.
- Identify and participate in improvement projects.
