Macpac seeks an Allocation Analyst to support the AU and NZ store network from Christchurch, partnering with two analysts and the Allocation & Store Assortment Manager to translate data into store growth. You’ll own stock flow, ensure the right product is in the right place, and turn insights into action using ERP systems and Excel, while collaborating across stores and cross functional teams. The ideal candidate combines a strong analytics mindset with advanced Excel, ERP or merchandising experience, plus commercial problem solving and the ability to influence stakeholders. About the Role… Working closely with two other Allocation Analysts and reporting to the Allocation & Store Assortment Manager, you’ll support our Australia & New Zealand store network in a role that is both collaborative and commercially impactful.

You’ll be at the centre of decision-making, balancing data, stakeholder insight, and business priorities to drive outcomes that directly impact store performance.
