ADP recherche un(e) alternant(e) en Support IT pour deux ans, basé à Nanterre, dans une équipe de trois personnes, pour accompagner 2000 utilisateurs en France. Vos missions: ouvrir et qualifier incidents et demandes, résoudre les problèmes niveaux 1 et 2, assurer le support à distance, gérer les accès et la création de profils, participer au déploiement de matériel, faire du scripting, contribuer au renouvellement de l infrastructure et formaliser les connaissances via FAQs et micro-formations. Pour postuler, mettez en avant le sens du service client, la réactivité et l autonomie; valorisez Windows, l anglais éventuel et une expérience en automatisation ou développement logiciel. We are looking for: Support Technician (apprentiship) - 2 years

 

Position based in France (Nanterre)

 

Within a team of 3 peoples, you contribute to delivering support to users (2000 people) throughout France.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Support for the opening of incidents and assistance requests from users, and the qualification of the latter,
  • Solving level 1&2 problems,
  • Remote control of workstations,
  • Application access management and user profile creation
  • Participation in the deployment of equipment
  • Scripting
  • Participation in the renewal of the IT infrastructure
  • Sharing and formalizing knowledges: formalizing through FAQs, micro-trainings sessions…

You have a sense of customer service, good interpersonal skills, reactivity and the ability to work independently.

 

You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments. The practice of English would be very appreciated (international context).

 

The knowledge or practice of development software will be a plus in the context of a project to automate certain tasks.
