Arranges orientation for students, manages end to end of their schedule while in the hospital and establish connections with international universities. 

  • Assists in screening and selecting faculty applications.
  • Coordinates various faculty searches and maintains the database as needed.
  • Supports the administration and coordination of academic affiliations
  • Supports with required reporting and related data collection and submissions for accreditation and application for academic training.
  • Coordinates the placement of students and related logistics in collaboration with supporting units.
  • Processes applications for approvals from the Head of the Academy and sends for HR clearance.
  • Sends confirmation email to the applicant after the final clearance and approvals.
  • Arranges orientation and agreement documentation in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
  • Provides support and guidance to academic trainees as per the directives of the Chairman and Assistant Director of the Academic Institute.
  • Guides applicants with eligibility and criteria for application to the Academic Program.
  • Coordinates with faculty coordinators to develop rotation for students.
  • Coordinates with affiliated academic institutions for the request from institutions to arrange training and rotation within the hospital.
  • Assists Chairman and Assistant Director for administration duties about American Hospital Academic.
  • Works with other departments for the document arrangement for licensing and other government requirements for the facility under the supervision of the Chairman.
  • Drafts letters, memos, and other documents as per the instructions from the Director of the Academic institute.
  • Drafts and issues Certificates.
  • Coordinates meetings and follow-ups.
  • Assists in developing policies and forms in coordination with the Quality Department.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Coordinator in a hospital setting.
  • Skills in computer applications with word processing packages (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet, and email systems).
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
