This opportunity will allow you to play a critical role in driving business growth and success. We are delivering a major, multi‑year transformation that will transition outsourced administration and servicing back into Royal London, bringing critical operations, data, people, and technology in‑house. The programme will deliver the transfer of colleagues and operational capability, the migration of policies to our Royal London strategic target platforms, and the transition of other platforms, supporting technologies including telephony, workflow and CRM solutions. We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in large‑scale transitions or complex change environments—candidates who can navigate operational, technical and people‑centric change to ensure a smooth, well‑governed and high‑quality transition.

 

As an Analysis Manager, you will take ownership for shaping the bigger picture through  delivery and oversight of detailed business designs, processes and functionality that support the business needs to the agreed timescales and quality.  You will also manage a Team of Business Analysts supporting them within their delivery as well as their growth and development.  You will seek to foster a high performing, engaged team.

About the role 

 

  • Lead and develop your team, this includes direct people management, supporting them with personal development, goal setting and career planning. 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at any one-time, managing workload and priorities across all projects whilst working to fixed deadlines. 
  • Facilitates scoping and business priority setting for large or complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as required. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Proficient in workshop facilitation enabling requirements to be elicited from stakeholders in a timely manner. 
  • Supports the development and adoption of company-wide modelling approach and techniques, taking on advanced modelling for significant projects or programmes of change. 
  • Identifies alternatives, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches considering Risk, Cost and Benefits. 
  • Proficient in data analysis

 

About you

 

  • Experienced people manager with ability to provide support and guidance to your team on analysis techniques and have oversight of projects they are working on. 
  • Financial Services experience within Pensions is an advantage
  • Expert in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders across the full range of business areas. 
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Expert in Business Analysis and related Modelling, design, and Business Concepts. 
  • Advanced in communicating complex concepts and articulating principles and drivers for change. 
  • Advanced understanding of business structure, capabilities and key business principles. 
  • Excellent Data Analysis skills
  • Migrations experience is an advantage
