Accelerate your success by becoming an Analyst with the Colliers Agribusiness Transaction Services team
We are seeking a professional and proactive Analyst to work closely with a specialised team of senior operators who assist an extensive list of domestic and offshore clients with the sale and purchase of premier Agribusiness assets nationally.
In this role, you will manage and extract high-value data from our CRM database, using Google Gemini 3 to analyse and refine output information to identify key trends and emerging opportunities in the marketplace. Maintaining absolute data integrity, rigour, and robust file recovery practices will be a significant focus of your daily responsibilities.
Additionally, you will support team success by assisting with data room reporting, as well as production and property modelling for major Agribusiness portfolio and land sales. Compiling and translating this data for use in high-impact proposal materials, pitch preparations, and information memorandums will form a key part of your role.
You will also play an important role in driving the adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows across our teams. This includes leveraging Google Gemini 3 native agentic capabilities to enhance data extraction, improve information visualisation, and significantly increase the efficiency of our turnaround times.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a final-year student or recent property graduate to work alongside and be mentored by our highly experienced team of Agribusiness Property specialists.
