Bombardier is hiring an Analyst, Business Strategy and Development in Québec, full-time onsite with flexible or hybrid options where applicable. You’ll structure 3-5 year strategic roadmaps, identify transformation opportunities, prepare executive presentations, and develop clear strategic recommendations, while supporting performance routines (DMM, PDCA) and leading continuous improvement to align strategy with execution. The role rewards strong analytical thinking, executive communication and cross-functional collaboration. A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field is required, with experience in operational excellence, strategy or transformation. Manufacturing experience and Lean certification are assets. What are your contributions to the team?
• Structure 3–5 year strategic roadmaps aligned with operational and corporate priorities
• Identify transformation opportunities (processes, organization, tools, ways of working)
• Prepare executive presentations and develop clear, impactful strategic recommendations
• Structure and support BEO performance routines (DMM, PDCA, performance reviews)
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps, trends, and priorities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, problem solving, standardization)
• Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and operational execution
• Coordinate stakeholders to drive execution
• Support decision-making through robust analysis and structured recommendations
How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• You have experience in operational excellence, strategy, or transformation
• You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and the ability to structure long-term plans
• You possess strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
• You excel in executive communication and presentation development
• You are comfortable working in cross-functional and complex environments
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset
• Lean / continuous improvement certification is an asset
