As a new graduate Analyst/Consultant with a focus on the energy transition, decarbonization, and sustainability, you will work alongside a high-performing team to help organizations navigate complex energy, climate, and sustainability challenges. In this role, you will support projects focused on integrated energy planning, clean energy deployment, energy management, decarbonization, sustainable finance, and climate-related policy.
You will analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to help clients make informed decisions in support of their sustainability and business objectives. You will contribute to client engagements by conducting research, building analytical and financial models, evaluating policy and market impacts, and developing practical strategies and implementation plans. Working across diverse sectors, including utilities, governments, financial institutions, and large energy users, you will help clients address complex challenges, navigate uncertainty, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Your day-to-day will include:
You will engage in the full client service lifecycle, from research and analysis through strategy development and implementation support, while building relationships with colleagues and clients. Our team works across the intersection of strategy, policy, finance, operations, and technology to help clients create long-term value while advancing sustainability objectives.
We advise clients on a wide range of topics, including electricity system transformation, grid modernization, decarbonization strategy, clean energy deployment, energy management, climate policy, sustainable finance, and emissions reduction. By combining analytical rigor with practical implementation experience, we help clients develop solutions that are technically sound, economically viable, and aligned with broader sustainability goals.

The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $84,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
