Dubai Airports is seeking an onsite full time Analyst, Problem Management in the United Arab Emirates to help keep its IT services running for a 24/7 operation. You’ll identify trends from incidents and problems, manage and publish knowledge material aligned to business needs, spot opportunities for cost reduction, and recommend improvements to problem and knowledge management while monitoring error control. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of DA infrastructure including LAN/WAN, data centers, servers, storage and security, plus ERP and corporate applications. In your application, emphasize measurable outcomes, stakeholder collaboration, and concrete examples of process improvements.

Analyst - Problem Management

The team provides and manages the IT systems that support and enable DA business objectives. That means managing and maintaining all IT infrastructure and application services from the most basic desktop to the most complex flight information systems. What you'll deliver

• You’ll identify trends and potential Problem sources by reviewing Incident and Problem analysis
• You’ll manage, maintain and publish the BT Knowledge management in regular basis and ensure it reflects the business needs and well understood by all internal and external stakeholders.
• You’ll identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction
• You’ll provide recommendation for problem Management and knowledge management processes improvement.
• You’ll monitor the effectiveness of error control and make recommendations for improvements

What you bring

• You should be educated to a bachelor’s degree in engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology/Project Management/Related
• You should have 3 – 5 years of overall & relevant experience.
• You should have technical knowledge of DA infrastructure and application systems including LAN, WAN, Data Centers, Servers, Storage, and Security solutions.
• You should have strong knowledge of corporate applications and ERP solutions.
• You should have knowledge of network management, data center management, and application management tools.
