Bombardier is hiring an Analyst, Quality Assurance at Dorval Plant 3, a full-time onsite role with travel to supplier facilities and flexible work options where applicable. You will evaluate suppliers’ quality systems for Bombardier requirements and AS9100, assess special processes, monitor quality performance and risk, and plan reassessments to support all aerospace programs. The candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering or aerospace tech, has 5+ years of supplier audits for QMS and special processes in aerospace, and demonstrates leadership, problem solving and project management. English is essential, French is a plus; knowledge of Nadcap, AS9100, ISO 9001, SAP and MS Office is expected. What are your contributions to the team?
- Evaluate suppliers’ quality system for compliance to Bombardier quality requirements and AS9100
- Evaluate suppliers’ special processes for compliance to Bombardier specifications
- Evaluate suppliers’ quality performance and risk
- Travel regularly to perform audits at suppliers’ facilities
- Plan suppliers’ reassessment activities in order to support all Bombardier Aerospace programs
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical degree in Aerospace Engineering
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in supplier audits for Quality Management System and Special Processes
- You have experience in the Aerospace industry
- You have strong leadership, problem solving, flexibility and project management skills
- You have experience intervening with supplier
- You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English (French is also an asset)
- You have excellent knowledge of Nadacp, AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards
- You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You have a good knowledge of SAP software.
