Bombardier is seeking an Analyst, Quality Assurance - Documentation & Certification at the Dorval Plant 3, full-time onsite in Québec. You will define and implement control processes, create and maintain parts and inspection plans in SAP, compile and release technical documents, archive and audit documentation, serialize aircraft parts, and support standard documentation procedures and governance reporting. Ideal candidates have 3 to 5 years in documentation and certification for document control, strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, solid IT and database knowledge, excellent organization and prioritization, and bilingual French and English communication. • Define and implement control processes and documentation audit.
• Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of new parts and their inspection plans (SAP data entry)
• Be responsible for the compilation and release of technical documents (data entry).
• Be responsible for archiving and auditing the documentation
• Be responsible for the serialization of aircraft parts and equipment (data entry)
• Be responsible for preselected document scans
• Respond to specific requests for documentation (internal customers)
• Create and maintain standard procedures for documentation in the cells.
• Participate at different internal governances and present the evolution reports of the progress for the projects
• You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalen, or any combination of experience and relevant education
• You have 3-5 years’ experience in documentation and certification for document control
• You are proficient with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Project
• You have good IT knowledge (database)
• You must be well organized and at ease to plan and prioritize your work
• You must have effective problems solving skills
• You must be team oriented, autonomous, responsible and reliable.
• You have excellent communications skills in French and English
