Bombardier is looking for an Analyst, Quality Management System Site Focal in Québec for a full time onsite role in Aerospace Canada. You will assess QMS changes, evaluate impact, propose improvements to boost profitability and efficiency, influence quality directives to meet operational needs while complying with regulatory requirements, and lead the implementation of changes with detailed planning, risk mitigation, communication planning and KPI definition. You may also lead projects and collaborate across teams. Ideal candidates hold an engineering or operations management diploma or equivalent experience, know ISO 9000 and AS9100, and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and self reliance. What are your contributions to the team?
• Assess QMS changes and evaluate their impact.
• Propose improvements that enhance profitability, efficiency, and adherence to current Quality processes and systems.
• Influence the development of Quality directives that meet operational needs while respecting regulatory requirements.
• Operationalize changes to Quality directives (detailed planning, risk mitigation, communication planning, change management, definition of performance indicators).
• Lead projects.
How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a diploma in engineering, operations management or other pertinent field or equivalent experience
• You have good knowledge of procedures, systems and reference documents of quality (Ex.:ISO9000, AS9100, etc…)
• You have good communication skills, are professional and are open-minded.
• You are good at networking and working in team
• You are dynamic and self-reliant.
