• Assist in the annual budgeting process
• Assist in the monthly/quarterly forecasting process
• Weekly and Monthly KPI reporting and development
• Variance analysis across financial and non financial indicators
• Product and Customer profitability development and reporting
• Revenue reporting in conjunction with the Reporting Team
• Input in Monthly Reporting decks
• Other deliverables as requested

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports including revenue, cost accruals, and variance analysis against budget/forecasts

  • Assist the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process in collaboration with business units

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and dashboards for performance tracking and scenario analysis

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and reporting capabilities

  • Support integration of finance systems, including process mapping and improvement initiatives

  • Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations

  • Collaborate with the reporting team to ensure financial information is correct and meaningful

  • Support the Controller, Finance Business Partner with ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and leadership inquiries.

  • Partner with department heads to develop and manage budgets, providing guidance on appropriate accounting treatments.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FPNA roles

  • Strong experience in project accounting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting

  • Proven ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights for non-financial stakeholders

  • Advance Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources

  • Experience with SAP or Workday ERP is considered a strong asset.

  • Strong financial acumen, project management, and communication skills

  • Strong English proficiency, verbal and written, and skilled in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
