Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly management reports including revenue, cost accruals, and variance analysis against budget/forecasts
Assist the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process in collaboration with business units
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and dashboards for performance tracking and scenario analysis
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and reporting capabilities
Support integration of finance systems, including process mapping and improvement initiatives
Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations
Collaborate with the reporting team to ensure financial information is correct and meaningful
Support the Controller, Finance Business Partner with ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and leadership inquiries.
Partner with department heads to develop and manage budgets, providing guidance on appropriate accounting treatments.
What We Are Looking For:
3+ years of demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FPNA roles
Strong experience in project accounting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting
Proven ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights for non-financial stakeholders
Advance Excel and extensive financial modelling experience with large and multiple data sources
Experience with SAP or Workday ERP is considered a strong asset.
Strong financial acumen, project management, and communication skills
Strong English proficiency, verbal and written, and skilled in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
