• Coordinate and optimize travel logistics for team members and leadership, ensuring alignment with business priorities

• Track and follow up on key operational activities, ensuring deliverables are completed and deadlines are met
• Compile, validate, and maintain data for reporting purposes; support the preparation of dashboards and summaries
• Develop and maintain tracking tools, databases, and distribution lists to support team efficiency and decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support ad hoc analysis and coordination activities aligned with team priorities
• You hold a post-secondary degree in business administration, management, or a related field
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in coordination, operations, or analytical support role within a complex environment
• You demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with the ability to organize and analyze information effectively
• You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
• You are recognized for your strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• You apply sound judgment and attention to detail in managing multiple competing priorities
• You take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• You handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and build strong working relationships across teams
