Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, support strategic objectives, and contribute to labor relations by negotiating and implementing collective bargaining agreements. This role is a member of the Labor Relations team within the Legal Department.

• Support the Labor Relations team within the Legal department, specifically in the areas of bargaining and grievance management
• Gather and analyze data to support bargaining and grievance management efforts
• Assist in the preparation of negotiation materials, including data analysis and visualization
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the represented workgroup contracts and how they affect the operational groups
• Support the development of business cases and presentations to drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and business strategies
• Assist in the management of grievance and arbitration processes
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key labor relations metrics
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, economics, industrial relations)
• 2-3 years of experience in operational strategy or analytical roles
• Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
