Hydro Extrusions is hiring an Anodizing Racker in Delhi LA for a full-time onsite role focused on operating mills, punches, deburring wheels, benders, saws and turning and milling centers, plus setup. You will inspect safety devices daily, read gauges with calipers and micrometers, perform quality checks, and keep job records while disposing of scrap properly. Success hinges on reliability, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8 hours on concrete in a non climate controlled environment, and preferably a HS diploma or GED with manufacturing experience. What you will be doing

• Operate various equipment including mills, punch presses, deburring wheels, benders, saws, specialty machines, turning centers, milling centers, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment daily to ensure safety devices are in place and notify the supervisor or foreperson of any safety concerns.
• Perform basic set-up on equipment.
• Read and interpret various gauging equipment, including digital calipers, micrometers, protractors, and custom gauges.
• Visually inspect workpieces before and after machining for defects.
• Maintain all records of job assignments in a correct and timely manner, on paper and in the computer.
• Perform quality control checks on the operation in process.
• Ensure that all scrap and waste material is disposed of properly.

What will make you successful?

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs.) may be required.
• Ability to stand on a concrete floor for a minimum of 8 hours/day.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment for a minimum of 8 hours/day.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
