The Apparel Team Member role at The Warehouse Alexandra is a full time, onsite position focused on helping customers, creating appealing displays, and keeping the apparel department well stocked and visually engaging. You'll work across set shifts Mon 10am-6:30pm, Tue 1pm-9pm, Wed 1pm-9pm, Thu 1pm-9pm, and Sun 10am-6:30pm, with a chance to contribute by filling gaps quickly and using your knowledge of the department layout. The team values a friendly, proactive communicator who is comfortable standing, climbing ladders, and lifting. Experience in customer service helps but isn’t required; highlight your reliability, willingness to learn, and passion for fashion in your application, and mention interest in the brand’s benefits like Team Card discounts, Birthday Leave, Here for Good Leave, and clear progression opportunities.

Our Apparel department is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for fashion and a commitment to exceptional customer service to join our team! In this role, you will assist customers with their queries, ensure the department maintains visual appeal by creating attractive displays, and arrange merchandise effectively.
Leveraging your knowledge of the department’s layout, you will ensure that any gaps are promptly filled with the appropriate products.

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it’s not a requirement. Ideally you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting
