• Experience in
troubleshooting ATM/CDM Aptra activate Application and production support
- Extensive experience with payment
systems like payment gateways, ATM switches
- Ability to manage and support
multiple applications.
- interested in finding the root
cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible
workarounds.
B. Knowledge & Skills
· Technical
- Strong knowledge and
troubleshooting experience in ATM/CDM/ITM
aptra activate applications
- Min 3 to 6 Years’ Experience in ATM/CDM
Application Production support in Banking/financial domain.
- Very good Knowledge in ATM/CDM software/hardware
and transactions flows
- Ability to read logs & trouble
shoot ATM/CDM production issues
- ATM/CDM Networking knowledge
- Extensive Knowledge of taxonomies
(IaaS, PaaS & SaaS) and Data exchange language (JSON , XML)
- Knowledge of ISO8583 & switching
standards.
- Knowledge of APIs ecosystem and
agile delivery principals.
- Knowledge of Micro services with
nominal knowledge of Mongo DB
- Knowledge of SQL server.
- Hands on experience in ensuring
the resolution for Production issues is accurate and within SLA.
- Interested to work on Production
Support and root cause investigations.
- Should be interested in finding
the root cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible
workarounds.
