About the team

Are you ready to help shape the future of intelligent data systems? We are looking for experienced engineers to drive the development of the next generation of scalable, AI-driven platforms. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data engineering, and enterprise architecture where your ideas and expertise will directly influence how data and intelligence come together.

 

Required skills
 

MSc degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience Strong software development experience through hands on coding with 5+ years of related work experience in data science or machine learning. Experience with Generative AI systems, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model evaluation. Practical experience with AI Agent frameworks and architectures, such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar multi-agent / orchestration frameworks Deep understanding of AI Agent concepts, including agent planning, tool use, memory management, multi-agent collaboration, autonomous decision-making, and agent evaluation. Experience in formulating analytical problems into actionable research and applying advanced techniques for problem solving Good communication skills to convey sophisticated topics in straightforward terms Working proficiency in verbal and written English


 

Preferred Skills

PhD degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Distinguished problem-solving skills. Stellar analytical skills along with communication and presentation skills. Deep comprehension of the importance of teamwork.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
