We are recruiting an Appway / FNZ Studio Support & Development Specialist to strengthen a team dedicated to Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. In this role, you will primarily ensure the operational stability of onboarding, KYC review, and remediation workflows while contributing to the continuous improvement and evolution of the platform.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, investigate incidents, coordinate resolution activities, and liaise with vendors and technical partners when required.
Monitor workflow performance and system health through logs, dashboards, queues, jobs, and alerting mechanisms to ensure service continuity.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
Manage application releases across multiple environments, including validation activities, deployment controls, smoke testing, and rollback procedures.
Maintain comprehensive operational and technical documentation, including runbooks, knowledge bases, procedures, and user guidance.
Design and implement fixes and small-scale enhancements within Appway/FNZ Studio, covering business rules, user interfaces, integrations, and data mappings.
Contribute to automation and industrialization initiatives through CI/CD pipelines, testing activities, code reviews, and deployment optimization.
Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment, supporting key users and driving continuous service improvement.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Appway/FNZ Studio, including significant exposure to L2/L3 support activities within a banking environment.
Strong expertise in application integration technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs, as well as JSON and XML data structures.
Proven experience in monitoring, observability, log analysis, alert management, and troubleshooting production applications.
Solid understanding of version control systems, CI/CD practices, and multi-environment deployment management.
In-depth knowledge of CLM and KYC operations, including client onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation programs.
Good understanding of AML/KYC regulatory requirements, risk assessment processes, auditability, and compliance controls.
Strong analytical skills, customer-oriented mindset, autonomy, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
Swiss residency is mandatory; fluency in English is required, and French is considered an advantage.
