In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking patients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
  • Provide clear information to patients regarding services, procedures, and clinic policies
  • Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate continuity of care
