Looking for a role with plenty of variety, a good team around you, and real room to grow? As our Archival Systems Analyst, you’ll help move Fulton Hogan forward by supporting the retirement, archiving, and clean-up of legacy systems as we shift to SharePoint Modern.

This role is part of the Modern Information Programme, working across network drives, ShareFile, and older SharePoint environments. You’ll get stuck into a mix of analysis, migration support, problem solving, and stakeholder work, with lots of project variety and the chance to build your career in a programme doing meaningful change.

Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities

  • Support the archiving, retirement, and decommissioning of legacy platforms including G: Drives, ShareFile, and older SharePoint environments.
  • Analyse content and help determine what should be migrated, archived, retained, or removed.
  • Assist with migration preparation, verification, issue resolution, and reporting across the programme.
  • Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to solve content, access, and system issues in a practical way.
  • Help maintain accurate records, approvals, and evidence so work is completed safely and in line with programme standards.

  • Experience in systems analysis, business analysis, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, file storage environments, or a similar technology role.
  • Exposure to migration, archival, decommissioning, data clean-up, or platform transition work.
  • Good understanding of permissions, access control, metadata, records management, and information lifecycle practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical people.
  • A collaborative, adaptable style and a genuine commitment to safety, integrity, and doing Good Work.
