Qualifications

Requirements： 1. A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. 3. Experience in managing third-party/regional distributors/importers. 4. Previous aftersales management experience in OEM may be advantageous. 5. Familiar with the Eastern European market. 6. Strong industry regulations, restrictions, and laws knowledge, Computer 7. literacy and good organizational skills. 8. Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills, ability to work under pressure and handle stress. 9. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 10. English can be used as a working language, and proficiency in other languages, such as Polish or Czech, will be a plus.
