Your Role
• Ensure efficient operation of Skechers stores across your region to deliver strong results in sales, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock management, wage control, and shrinkage
• Motivate and develop Store Managers to achieve and exceed their KPIs and sales targets
• Monitor sales performance closely, recognising outstanding results and identifying areas for improvement
• Manage wage costs across your region, adhering to budget and rostering guidelines
• Coach and mentor Store Managers to maintain high team morale and promote their professional development through training and succession planning
• Train Store Managers in recruitment, selection, and conducting regular performance reviews to build strong teams
• Ensure stores comply with relevant health and safety legislation, promoting a safe working environment
About You
You’re a motivated, strategic retail leader with strong operational skills.
You’ll bring:
• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or Multi-Site Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
• A ‘Make it Happen’ mindset with strong leadership capabilities
• Passion for inspiring and developing high-performing teams
• A track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
• Expertise in stock control, visual merchandising, and wage management
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
