4Key Result Areas
  • To achieve monthly sales targets of various personal banking products by driving the teams & individuals towards their assigned KPIs.

  • Identify and develop opportunities to maximize penetration in key organizations.

  • To ensure headcount plan is maintained through the year by managing attrition & timely recruitment of staff.

  • Ensure FOS achieves all KPI and KPA standards through the FOS assigned by monitoring phone calls and face-to-face visits besides monthly financial targets.

  • Identify training needs of the staffs and arrange for appropriate training programs in liaison with MLS.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with top management of target market companies & existing customers to enhance the cross-sell opportunities.

  • Acting as an external personal contact between the bank and its existing and potential markets.

  • Ensure FOS are conducting micro marketing activities that include Kiosk activities and other direct marketing activities.

  • Review MIS identify opportunities of growth, sales trends & maintain effective performance management standards.

  • Ensure FOS drive participation in all team activities like morning huddles, training and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings, Lean & rewards celebrations.

  • To keep abreast with the market dynamics and share learnings with NSM, Head of sales for areas of Improvement and concerns.

  • The job holder will be operating within well-defined and demarcated business areas and is required to adhere to the policies and guidelines set out in the Bank’s Credit Policy Manual.

Problem Solving 
  • Staff attrition tends to be high in entry level sales and hence 1-1 coaching and leadership is required for new joiners to achieve productivity levels. 

  • Incentives are tracked and paid to staff and assist in any queries.

  • Hands on relationship management required to ensure effective and timely delivery of banks’ services / products through proactive interaction across various units.

  • Responsible to resolve customer problems/complaints and handling it till final resolution through coordinating with line managers and other channel partners.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 
  • Sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal written 

  • Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking.

  • Graduate, preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing with 8-10 years banking sales experience
