The Role

You'll play a key part in the repair process — stripping vehicles down before work begins and refitting them once panel and paint work is complete, ensuring every car leaves the workshop looking and functioning as it should.

What you'll be doing:

  • Removing and refitting bumpers, lights, trims, glass, and mechanical components
  • Preparing vehicles for panel and paint work
  • Reassembling vehicles post-repair to manufacturer specifications
  • Checking your work for quality and accuracy before sign-off
  • Maintaining a clean, organised work area
  • Completing job cards and documentation accurately

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a smash repair, mechanical, or automotive assembly environment
  • Familiarity with vehicle components and how they fit together
  • Ability to work efficiently within a production-style repair process
  • High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
