As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling, configuring, and inspecting electronic components and products. You will ensure that every step of the manufacturing process meets applicable quality and safety standards. In this role, you will work with advanced technology and contribute to the production of reliable sensors and transmitters used by customers around the world.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Assemble, install, and connect electronic components, sensors, and related products.
  • Process transactions and record quality data within Oracle and/or MES systems.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report non-conformities through the e-NC process.
  • Support other production activities in accordance with the skills matrix.
  • Clean and visually inspect products prior to shipment.
  • Actively contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
  • Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A VMBO diploma, vocational qualification, or equivalent level of education and experience.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
  • Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and relevant references, if required.
  • Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience in assembly operations or manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
  • Experience with ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (such as Oracle or MES).
  • Experience working with electronics, sensors, or technical products.
  • An interest in continuous improvement and working in a quality-focused environment.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, working five days per week (Monday through Friday).
  • The Assembly team works a day shift from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break.
  • An initial 12-month fixed-term employment contract will be offered.
  • The salary range for this position is €3,100 to €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Location: Ede, The Netherlands.
