TE Connectivity seeks an Assembly Operator II to join its Manufacturing/Production Teams in Braintree, ENG, on a full-time, on-site basis. You will perform changeovers and setups to the production schedule, conduct quality checks per procedures, and maintain 5S and clean work areas in line with EH&S policies. You’ll manage material flow, operate machinery to prep products, and document results, while supporting production plans to meet customer demands and shipping deadlines and communicating status across departments. The ideal candidate reads production drawings, works independently and in teams, and brings a continuous improvement mindset. This role performs changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining 5S and organization of the work area, in addition must follow TE Connectivity’s EH&S policies and procedures.
