We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Officer to take ownership of tracking, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s physical assets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our machinery, equipment, and vehicles are accurately recorded, well-utilized, and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Asset Management Officer include, but are not limited to:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets, including machinery, equipment, and vehicles
Coordinate and arrange machinery inspections and prepare transfer requests
Work closely with the logistics team to support machinery exports and movements
Track asset movement, utilization, and location across departments and sites
Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support procurement and disposal activities by providing reliable asset data and insights
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
Identify underutilized, idle, or obsolete assets and report improvement opportunities
Maintain complete documentation related to insurance, warranties, inspections, and vendor agreements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of asset tracking, inventory control, and reconciliation processes
Hands-on experience coordinating inspections, transfers, and logistics activities
Good understanding of machinery, equipment handling, and export procedures
Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
Strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments
