The role combines supervision of production, reservoir and exploitation engineering, geology and geophysics applications, and you will serve as the technical lead for the conceptual design of drilling, completion, reservoir and production feasibility and proposal planning. Candidates should have 15+ years of experience, proven leadership, and the ability to manage diverse teams, plus a track record building strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders and integrating field development plans that increase production. The Asset Technical Team Leader is responsible for petroleum engineering and subsurface related functions of an asset to ensure effective reserves development and recovery.

• Supervise activities in production, reservoir or exploitation related engineering, geology and geophysics applications, specifically subsurface characterization for asset evaluation.
  
• Serve as technical lead for the conceptual design of drilling, completion, reservoir and production engineering feasibility and proposal planning.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• +15 years experience
• Leader, manage teams
• Strong capabilities to develop strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Being able to integrate a Field Development plan that delivers production increase and influence the stakeholders
• Strong background, typically reservoir or other Geoscience, and extensive experience in both project phase ( plan) and operational settings ( execution)
