The role covers cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable, lease administration, technology finance, intercompany activity and reporting, collaborating with studios, banks, suppliers and auditors to uphold controls. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented and collaborative, with strong reconciliations and reporting skills, the ability to juggle priorities and a growth mindset; ERP experience and Excel are highly valued. We're looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Melbourne Finance team. This opportunity is available on either a full-time (1.0 FTE) or part-time (0.8 FTE) basis.
Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our Australian, UK and US businesses.
This role will support a broad range of finance activities, including cash flow management, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable, finance lease coordination, technology finance and reporting.
You’ll work closely with finance colleagues across our global studios, while partnering with the Technology team, external banking partners, suppliers, auditors and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial processes, strong internal controls and timely reporting across the Group.
