Landmark Group is hiring a full-time, onsite Data Entry Operator to support the Home Centre buying team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on processing purchase orders, preparing items and POs from Performa invoices, compiling and validating data for system entry, and verifying outputs for accuracy. You’ll coordinate with buying, planning, supply chain and finance on PO issues, communicate with suppliers about PO matters, and file PO documentation. Requirements include 2 years of data entry experience in a retail format. Provide buying support in processing purchase orders. 
Preparing Item & Purchase orders for the Performa invoices received from the team leader / buying team.

Compiling, ensuring accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for entry in system

Reviewing data for errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

Coordinating with the buying /planning /supply chain / finance team regarding the issues if any / corrections if any related to Purchase orders. & updating the same in the system.

Communicating with the suppliers for purchase order related issues if any.

Filing documents of purchase orders. 
2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator in a Retail format
