Fairstead seeks an Assistant Property Manager for a onsite role in Woonsocket, RI. You will support the Property Manager with daily operations, lease administration, and HUD 4350.3 compliance while helping prepare for REAC reviews, MOR, LIHTC, and recertifications. Responsibilities include documenting lease violations, coordinating evictions, promoting resident satisfaction, coordinating maintenance, tracking arrears, overseeing renewals, and ensuring rents are collected and posted daily using Yardi and EIV. Qualifications: two years in affordable housing leasing or property management, knowledge of the local market, proficiency with Yardi and EIV, and strong MS Office and communication skills. They assist in the management of onsite activities and the overall performance of the property. They perform various duties including administrative, financial, and resident relations.
