NOV is seeking an Assistant Document Control to manage product certificates, test records, and MRBs, ensuring documents are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. You will collaborate with Quality and Engineering to collect and maintain technical documentation, review discrepancies, and support the certification process with external agencies while keeping the document management system efficient and compliant. Qualifications include HAVO or equivalent, at least 2 years in document control in manufacturing or engineering, fluent Dutch and English, and strong attention to detail and time management; MRBs and QMS familiarity are a plus. Reporting to the Sr. QA Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available. Your work will contribute directly to product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
