Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Entertainment Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will support the Entertainment Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of entertainment activities and events for our guests.

  • Assist in developing and implementing innovative entertainment programs and activities
  • Coordinate with performers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events
  • Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of entertainment staff
  • Help manage budgets and financial aspects of entertainment operations
  • Ensure compliance with UAE entertainment regulations and cultural sensitivities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote entertainment offerings
  • Address guest inquiries and feedback related to entertainment services
  • Assist in maintaining and updating entertainment equipment and facilities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of entertainment programs through data analysis and guest feedback
  • Support the Entertainment Manager in administrative tasks and reporting

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Entertainment Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in entertainment management or a related field, preferably in a luxury hospitality or resort setting
  • Strong event planning and coordination skills
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise teams
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management software
  • Knowledge of UAE entertainment regulations and cultural sensitivities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Event planning certification is preferred
