Equinox is hiring an Assistant General Manager in London for a full time on-site role to lead the Front Desk, Maintenance and Kids’ club teams, hire and train staff, develop schedules and manage payroll budgets while upholding the Equinox brand standards. You’ll conduct monthly and annual staff performance evaluations, oversee monthly orders and cost controls, drive a high level of member service, support ancillary departments and sales, monitor departmental goals and club risk management, and ensure cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of operational leadership, strong communication, financial management experience, and a high touch service mindset; bachelor’s preferred and flexibility for location and schedule.
