You’ll work with the Hotel Manager to oversee rostering, recruitment, training and performance management, maintain brand standards, and monitor cost control, productivity and revenue opportunities while ensuring WHS and policy compliance. The ideal candidate has hotel supervisory or assistant management experience, strong hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for guest experience and team development, with flexibility across shifts including weekends; Opera or Fidelio knowledge is highly regarded.
