MacKillop Family Services invites applications for an Assistant House Supervisor in Warrnambool. This on-site role leads the residential care team when the House Supervisor isn’t on duty, keeping a safe, stable home for young people and collaborating with the House Supervisor and Residential Care Coordinator in the Out of Home Care program. The ideal candidate has leadership experience or strong residential care background, a Diploma in Community Services or related field, and the ability to support trauma affected youth and develop behaviour plans.
