MacKillop Family Services is seeking a full-time Assistant House Supervisor in Warrnambool to oversee daily care in the Out of Home Care program when the House Supervisor is unavailable, reporting to the House Supervisor or Residential Care Coordinator. The role requires a Diploma with four mandatory competencies, proven ability to supervise a residential care team, and experience in a therapeutic residential setting with young people who have social, emotional and behavioural needs, including developing behavioural management plans. About the role:
The Assistant House Supervisor is responsible to oversee the daily care of young people provided by residential care workers within their allocated residential care home during times when the House Supervisor is not rostered to work, or is not present in the home. The Assistant House Supervisor is a part of the Out of Home Care Program and reports to the House Supervisor, or Residential Care Coordinator in the absence of the House Supervisor.
This is a Full-Time opportunity based in Warrnambool, VIC within our Out of Home Care Program. The position reports to the Residential House Supervisor.
