Landmark Group is seeking an experienced Assistant - Imports to manage end-to-end import and export operations, cross trade, and local logistics coordination from the United Arab Emirates. The role covers GCC ports customs documentation and clearance, Mainland and JAFZA regulations, and use of the Dubai Trade portal and E-Mirsal II. You will process COO and cargo insurance claims, oversee pre shipment activities, carrier nomination and supplier coordination, and provide ongoing shipment visibility while routing for best transit time and cost. Strong INCOTERMS 2010 and HS code knowledge is essential. • Managing Import, Export, Cross Trade, and local Logistics Co-ordinations.
• GCC ports customs documentation, Regulations and customs clearing process.
• Mainland, JAFZA Customs Documentations and Regulations.
• Dubai Trade portal E-Mirsal II etc.
• COO processing and Cargo insurance Claims.
• Managing Pre shipment process, carrier nomination and supplier coordination.
• Monitor pending order follow up. Collaborating with Buying and Planning department for handling default shipments.
• Routing of shipments, nominating service providers to maximize economy with best transit time.
• Provide visibility on each stage of shipments.
