Job Description

  • Implement and support ACCOR best practices.
  • Contribute to ACCOR Technology Services knowledgebase.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PCs, servers, networks, software, and IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Windows servers, workstations, databases, and peripheral equipment.
  • Support onboarding processes by setting up user accounts, system access, and IT equipment for new employees.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to maintain IT security, system performance, and emergency/crisis management readiness.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of proven IT experience in the hospitality industry
  • Sound Computer knowledge in Opera System, MICROS and MS office applications etc.
