Emirates NBD seeks an Assistant Manager CLM who will identify customer opportunities and design campaigns tailored to needs, coordinate with products, segments and CX to lift cross-sell, boost NPS and reduce attrition, and manage end-to-end campaigns from data export and channel selection to fulfilment, memo and reports. The role demands 4+ years in OBIEE, SQL, reporting and SAS with banking products and a math or computer science degree.  Job Responsibility: 

  • Identifying Opportunities and Designing Campaigns based on customers’ needs, profile and behavior.
  • Liaise with such as products, segments, CX and others to present proposals to increase Cross Sell ratio, Improve NPS, reduce attrition etc
  • Design campaigns end to end: criteria applied to export the targeted list, channels to be launched, recurrence, communications messages, leads to be received, fulfilment process to be in place, campaign announcement memo, reports to be produced, departments to be involved in campaign monitoring
  • Monitoring the campaigns on a regular frequency.
  • Develop and present campaign performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders (such as products, segments, CX, Governance… etc) to present campaign outcome, impact, and contribution 

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or master’s in mathematics/computers
  • 4+ years of experience in 
    • OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence)
    • SQL
    • Reporting
    • Banking products
    • SAS
