The Role

We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join us as Assistant Manager.

Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll help lead the team, oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll step up in the Manager’s absence and play an important role in the park’s ongoing improvements and future development.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, variety and adventure.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead daily park operations and respond to after-hours callouts
  • Support guest check-ins, reservations and reception operations
  • Assist with budgets, revenue and cost control
  • Lead, coach and support the team
  • Step up and manage the park in the Manager’s absence
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, safety and compliance
  • Support marketing, guest engagement and local partnerships
  • Contribute to park upgrades and future development
  • Work collaboratively with the wider G’day Group network

About you

You’re a confident, hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys leading people and getting involved. You’re organised, solutions-focused and passionate about creating great guest experiences.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in hospitality, accommodation, tourism or holiday parks
  • Leadership and team development experience
  • Budget and revenue experience
  • RMS or similar reservations system experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and after-hours
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Willingness to live on-site
