This full‑time onsite role offers a base salary from $78,400 plus super, a bonus scheme and group discounts. You’ll support the Publican, lead a team across bar, dining and gaming spaces, and help keep the venue buzzing while upholding safety and great vibes. Ideal candidates bring bar, bistro or gaming room experience with some supervision, current RSA, RSG/RCG and ARCG as required, and enjoy hands‑on leadership.
