Job Purpose:
To support all tactical Marketing activities of the allocated asset(s) in line with the business objectives and approved marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Activation Management
- Support in planning and delivering events and activations with third-party entertainment providers and agencies, including signature events, government collaborations, and destination-wide programs.
- Assist in managing event agencies to design and execute annual entertainment and activation calendars, ensuring a mix of flagship and secondary events.
- Coordinate with agencies to develop and implement seasonal décor packages for key occasions such as Ramadan, Eid, Festive season, and National holidays.
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
- Contribute to the execution of the retail asset’s marketing plans to drive footfall growth and achieve business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost optimization through sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
- Support the marketing team in implementing CSR initiatives aligned with brand values.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with advertising, PR, social media, and media-buying agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and activations.
- Draft and dispatch key communications to retailers, ensuring follow-up and alignment.
- Maintain regular engagement with tenants to maximize their participation and exposure through marketing activations.
- Coordinate with strategic partners such as Dubai Holding and Dubai Tourism to amplify destination visibility.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly retail marketing reports, highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail & shopping mall experience.
