To assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring infrastructure projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The role involves supporting project planning activities, resource allocation, progress tracking, coordination with multiple teams, and reporting to stakeholders.

 

Project Planning & Scheduling:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
  • Break down project scope into manageable tasks and prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
  • Identify critical paths, project risks, and resource constraints.

Resource & Cost Planning:

  • Coordinate with the procurement, contracts, and execution teams to ensure proper resource planning.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts.
  • Track resource usage and compare with planned consumption.
