Purpose and Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Partnership Servicing defines and manages the E2E supply chain for globally led Consumer facing and adidas product related activities with Brand Partners driving Brand Credibility on a global level.

Furthermore, Partnership Servicing supports Brand affiliation of our Partners through efficient processes providing Partners access to adidas DTC channels.

 

The scope of this role is to manage the sourcing requirements and ensure on-time product availability (ex manufacturer, for warehouse and for direct deliveries) for the product supply of adidas articles.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sourcing

  • Ensure orderprocessing and data availability in given system and ensure key processes are executed according to adidas seasonality and policies
  • Monitor and provide input of purchase order availability and support expedite requests to support product availability and guarantee compliance
  • Execute daily tasks and actively contribute to the Sourcing relevant processes within the relevant framework

 

 

 

Reporting

  • Execute appropriate reporting to provide insight and support effective decisions and take corrective actions where necessary

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Work cross functional and ensure transparent communication with all key stakeholders

 

Project Management and CII

  • Support projects and system infrastructure topics with the goal of implementing Continious improvement Initiatives (CII) to ensure a smooth supply chain process

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree (e.g. business economist, Masters) or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years practical experience preferable in Supply Chain Management
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Sports Marketing
