Base Salary $76,600 + Super + Bonus + Group wide discounts

We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the The Morris Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.

The Morris Hotel (formerly The Saint) has returned to its roots in Innaloo, trading "the nine-to-five" for a vibrant, community-focused hospitality experience. We are a newly renovated, multi-space venue featuring "The Hall" dining room and a high-energy Front Bar. Committed to WA’s "West Coast" philosophy, our menu and bar program exclusively feature local artisan spirits and fresh seasonal produce. Join a professional team dedicated to bringing premium city-standard hospitality to the suburbs.

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

• Get to know the locals so well they think you’re part of the crew
• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
• Bring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

• You’ve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising
• You’ve learned from great managers and now you’re ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
• You’ve got a current RSA and Approved Manager Card as per WA state requirements
